Hello candidate.
You have no chance of getting a medical seat in either of the private or government college.
for getting a medical seat you need to at least close a score of 450 + then only will have a chance of having a medical seat.
then the other courses that are left with neet are ayush courses even in the ayush courses for homeopathy you need to cross a score of 380+ atleast and for ayurvedic cross a score of 400+but you have other options such as the unani that is Bachelor of unani medicine surgery and b and y s you can try out there
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
