Your crl rank is very poor, therefore it is not possible for you to get into any of the good college this year whether it is government or private, try to score 97+ percentile next year in order to get a good college.

According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
