I got 25,864th rank in kcet 2021 with 85 out of 180 marks in PCB , will I get admissions for veterinary science since cut off rank is not there this year?

Hi, the chances of you getting into veterinary science is extremely thin. The aggregate required is 50% Also, the rank you need to hold for a hassle free admission is near about 1.5k to 2k for getting into a prestigious college. This is the requirement keeping in mind that you are from Open Category. The best bet for you would be to apply for some private colleges and/or give other exams.
