I got 259 index 395 general rank and 201 female rank in bcom hons general category. How are the chances are for getting a regular seat in the main campus of Banaras Hindu University?

Yes, you can get admission in BHU through your general rank for B.Com hons.
Banaras Hindu University is a very popular and one of the best college that attracts meritorious students with high scores from all over India. So it generally sets it's cut offs really high. Last year's cut off (closing rank) for the second round of counselling for B.com honours was 1037.
Although cut offs vary slightly from year to year but you have ranked much lesser than the usual closing rank which makes your chances high.
