Hello,
You have chances of getting Civil engineering,Production engineering,etc branches at this rank in 1st Category.However,you can get CSE too but in 2nd or 3rd category and category wise fees increases by approximately 1 lakh per category.

a seat in cse or ece is preffered...till which councelling is there a chance of getting it without management quota

it is not management quota....this data is according to last year's VITEEE counselling.

YOu can get Civil Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering even last year some student got Electronics and communication Engineering so just gear up for the counseling session as something good is waiting for you.
