Now, you are from physically handicapped category and having Andhra pradesh domicile please follow the link below to know previous year's cutoffs category wise for both All india quota and State quota. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/ap-mbbs-counselling

These cut offs vary every year depending on total number of students, total seats, rank in merit list and difficulty level in exam.

Now, according to your marks 260 you may not have a chance in govt. medical college. And you have reservation but no free seats are given.
