I got 26000 obc rank in jee main

Dear student,

First of all congratulations on clearing the percentile score from obc category in jee mains 2020.

Now as your rank is 26000 in jee mains 2020 with obc category then you can not get a seat in nits, if your belong to other state.
You can get nits if you only belong from home state quota with 26000 rank in obc category.
For eg : if you belong to Sikkim then you can get cse branch in nit sikkim with obc ncl category.
If you belong to west Bengal then you can easily get civil engineering branch in nit durgapur. If you belong to manipur then you can get any branch in nit Manipur from obc category.
Also if you belong to arunachal pradesh then you can get civil engineering and cse branch with ease.

But if you are an other State student, then your chances are almost negligible in any nits or iiits amd you can not get any seat. You can try at csab counseling, but there is no sureity that seats will remain vacant.

Better you try at Hbti kanpur (as you can easily get a seat in this college) or at bit sindri.
