Please note that EWS which stands for Economically Weaker Section category was introduced only this year and there was no admission based on this category last year. In such a situation we cannot predict what colleges one might get using EWS rank. Earlier JoSAA considered only one category that is General and not two that is General and EWS as is the case from this year onwards. So you can check chances to any NIT using General rank list.

If you have 2614 rank in EWS rank, in JoSAA rank list you will have 2614 or lesser rank that is 2600 or 2613 like that. You can check previous year cut-off of JoSAA at https://josaa.nic.in/webinfocms/Public/View.aspx?page=71
