I got 262 marks in icar ug and over rank is 11996 and category rank 5000 will I get seat in any forestry or horticulture course??

As you have mentioned that your icar score is 262 marks and your rank is 11996 with a category rank of 5000. But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, let me tell you that you have some decent chances of getting a government college for horticulture course but its difficult to get forestry courses..... But it also depends on the cutoff for different courses... Which depends on the seats available, number of candidates appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the question paper and many more... So, the competition is very high... Bit you still hold decent chances of getting a seat in government colleges....
