Based upon your rank it is not possible to get a seat in any of the top colleges.To get a seat in cse/It/ECE in any decent college the minimum requirement is rank below 17,000.You can try and get a seat in either RNS institute of technology or JESS academy of Technical education.If not you can choose other branches and get a seat in a decent college
