Hello Laxmi,

265 is a low score to get a MBBS seat in any government college in any state across India. Although you haven't mentioned your category, and state of domicile which may effect your admission. I think that the cutoff this year can go high as compared to last year owing to marks vs rank of students. You can go for private colleges under deemed universities for MBBS.
