You didnt mentionaed your rank in the question and that plays are very important role. Though you have a qouta of muslim minority still there are less chances of you securing yourself a seat in Hamdard institute of medical science and research, new delhi. According to last year's allotment list, the last student to get admission in MBBS in HIMSR under Muslim Minority qouta had AIR of 39,751. The candidate's category was OBC and was alloted the seat under General category. With 266, you have definitely not secured that rank.
Hence you don't have a chance to get you a seat in this college.
