i got 269 marks in neet 2020 can i get any medical college in west bengal ? i am from sc category.

Going by last year's cutoffs, with 269 marks it would be difficult to get any government medical college or any government seat even if you belong to SC Category. As per last year's data, 372 was the minimum cutoff of all and this was the cutoff score for Shri Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences and Sasanka Hospitals and ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research and Dr BC Roy Hospital. However you can try for management quota. But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change.
