D-pharm is a diploma course for pharmacy which is a 2 years course and for which the admission is based on the IPE marks. So, you can apply for that irrespective of your EAMCET score. If you have mistakenly asked about D.pharm instead of pharm.D then you have very low chances of getting into pharm.D for your caste. It has high demand and the seats are filled early by the ones who get better ranks. So, based on your rank, you have good chances of getting B.pharmacy in reputed colleges. All the best.
