I regret to inform you that with a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like top nits or iiits with computer science or information technology or electronic and communication as a branch.
Even in lower nits like nit raipur , nit delhi , nit dimapur the closing rank of these branches for general category goes maximum to 18k to 20k.
Or else if you just want nit tag then yes you can get northeast nits like nit sikkim , nit shillong ,nit aizwal with your desired branches.
