The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 26,000, it's difficult to get CSE seat in Vellore or Chennai campuses in any fee category. You can try applying for ECE seat at their Chennai campus in last two categories as the cut-off for ECE was 33,000 in the year 2015 and 25,000 in 2016. Whereas, you can secure a CS, ECE or any other seat in their Amravati (AP) and Bhopal campuses in first fee category itself as these are recently established.
