I got 27000 rank and tfw 6000 rank can i get any government college in west bengal or any tfw private college

Yes sir , your rank is not that much bad that yoh can't get any college .Still you can get a seat in many colleges may it be government or private .To check the list of best possible colleges , i would suggest you to use WBJEE college predictor tool.
