With your rank of 27003 in WBJEE you cant get CSE/IT in Heritage Institute of Technology as per the previous year trends.

IN 2017 clossing rank for IT in HIT was 9k and CSE was 5k.

For Haldia Institute of Technology, It is possible that you can get the Information techniology stream.Also you can get the CSE if you are not a general category student(I.e ST,SC or OBC)

But i would suggest you to fill in all the possibilities at the time of councelling as you never know miracle can happen and you may get your choiced stream in a good college in the SPOT ROUND.
