Your AIR is pretty low, as a rank in the range of lakhs will be a bit of a restriction if you are considering getting admission to government and the deemed private MBBS colleges. Keeping this in mind, getting into colleges via the All India Quota seats (15%) will be difficult for you. Since you have a domicile of Bihar, you can apply with the State quota seats (85%) and see how that works out for you.

I will tell you about the fee structure of the private mbbs collegs in Bihar with the least tuition fees.

They are:

1. Lord Buddha Koshi Medical College and Hospital,Saharsa (Fee 1200000 per year)
2. Mata Gujri Memorial College Kishanganj (830000 per year)

To get admissio n in these two colleges you need to have a rank around 150000 (maximum). Since your rank does not come within 150000 the chances of you getting admission in these colleges (In State Quota Counselling) is low. To check which colleges you may get you can use
