Dear rahul, 

Andhra pradesh has three regions namely AU, SVU, OU.  Each region has reservations for other two regional students. Hence in the counselling process you can apply for required branch in opted college. Depending on the seats reserved for each category the seat allocation takes place. 

Having a good rank there are possible chances to secure seat.
