But there are chances that you may get a MBBS/BDS seat in Bihar via the state quota as the seats this year have been increased by an considerable amount due to addition of AIIMS and JIPMER.

Sorry to say you but this is a low marks. And this marks you cannot get any government colleges, you also cannot get any government seat in private colleges. That means you obviously can get a seat in MBBS or BDS in all over India as well as Bihar also, but this will be through management quota. Here is some list of colleges
