I got 276443 rank and my caste is rank is 90150 and my caste is OBC will I get any seat in special round 2 please help me

With this rank it will be very difficult for you to get a seat in any NIT, IIIT or GFTI even if you are having the advantage of home state quota as you are from OBC category. Therefore you should try for other private and government colleges in your state where you might have a better chance of getting admission. Hope this helps.
