I got 278 marks in neet 2019 and 420 in neet 2020 shall I take a drop for one more year for preparation or not??I m from General category

Now, according to your marks about 420, you may not have a chance in govt. medical colleges either MBBS or BDS because for general category it is quite high 550+but can try for seat in private medical colleges.
