I got 28.36 in gate CE 2019 my gate score is 352 in sc category,is there any chance to get an nit.?

Based on this score the chances are there to get a seat in IITs & NITs but there is less chance to get teh core branches there. You can use GATE College Predictor tool to know your other admission possibilities.
