I got 284 marks in 2020. On the other hand, I got the opportunity to study Bachelor of Physiotherapy(BPT) through State Level Entrance Exam. Should I accept it Or take a drop for neet 2021?

You have not mentioned the category to which you belong. If you want to pursue MBBS, then with these marks you may not get into any of the government and private colleges as the cutoff is high. Management quota fees is quite high and is non affordable. You can take up the Bachelor's in Physiotherapy course if you are interested in it. The course has really very good line up on the aspects of future. But, you can pursue it If you are really interested in it. You can either join the course and prepare for NEET along with it, if you want to pursue MBBS and even take a drop year for the same. However, Physiotherapy is a good course to pursue as per the future prospects. It all depends whether you can manage course studies and NEET preparation along side.
