Hello,
As you have mentioned that your icar score is 285 marks whuch is somewhat highr than the qualifying marks under sc category which is 45%.... See, if we look your marks then your chances to get any government college is almost negligible.. But as you fall under sc category which means you grab some chances to get a seat in some of the government colleges....
