You can get the seat in private institute as there are o chances of getting the govt. institutes for you because of the low marks in NEET. You have to go for the private institutes only for the above mentioned courses. For BHMS or BAMS there is no such cutoff criteria as it is for medical or dental colleges. All you have to go for the counselling rounds for the course you want to go for and then according to your merit rank and marks you will get the college.

420+ you can get a government college
360+you can get into a semi government college
280+ you can get a private college.
Else than this the eligibility criteria for different colleges may vary and some institutes have their own entrance exams.
