i got 28700 rank in kiit entrance can i get mechanical branch.

Based on your rank and according to the KIITEE previous year cut off, you have very less chances to get admission in mechanical branch.
You can refer to the previous year cut off of all branches to have an idea about the expected cut off for this year and your chance for getting admission.
