I got 2876 rank in ap icet and sc category can i get sf mba seat at andhra university..if any can i get fees reimbursement

Well given your rank and comparing it with the usual cutoff range for Andhra University, I am sorry to say but you might not be able to get a seat in Andhra University.
You can try for colleges like :-
- Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, Chittoor
- Prasad V. Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology, Vijayawada
- Pydah College of Engineering and Technology, Visakhapatnam
- Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology Nandyal, Kurnool
