your marks are decent but going through the previous years cut-offs of various medical colleges it is quite insufficient marks to get any medical college through all india quota counselling although you belongs to OBC or BC-A. Now talking about getting admission through state quota so you may know that:

85%- state quota

15%- all india

this is applied all over india. So, some chances are made to get you seat in medical college through state quota counselling. Hope you find it useful.
