There are in total 31 NITs and there is tough competition to get into any of them but, since you have a PWD reservation there is a 3% reservation for you under each category (Gen, SC, ST, OBC). But, considering your score, there is a chance to get into an NIT but, it may be difficult to get the stream of your choice (even with the reservation because, you belong to general category).

Also, if you could mention in detail which stream and which NIT you want to get into, I would be able to provide you with a better and concrete answer.

There are around 30NITs, each has a different cutoff for different branches, Moreover the State you belong to plays an important role. Please mention State name, NIT name. However with general pwd category chances of getting into NIT is very high.
