Hello student,
As you have mentioned that you have scored 290 marks in NEET 2019. As you have said that you belong to SC category, you could have benefit if this reservation but the cutoff for government medical colleges in Tamilnadu is much higher than your obtained marks. So you can not get any seat in government medical college.
