I got 2918 rank in klu entrance exam. Which branch would i get in klu and how much concession would i get ????

Generally cutoffs changes every year but if you consider previous year cutoffs then you can easily get CSE in Guntur Campus.
Last year the closing rank for cse was around 6k. So, with your rank you can easily get CSE.
Coming to the fee issue then let me tell you, if your rank would have been under 500 you would have been eligible for the concession.
