BHMS counseling will be conducted by the state counseling Authorities. It is tough to tell you the exact but if you share the state then I can help you with last year rank which can give you an idea of admission possibilities.

There are less chances probably your rank would be around 25000 and above. As you also have reservation  that would add some to the rank and category through which you might expect.
