Hi,
I think you have phrased your question wrongly.
There are government medical colleges and private medical colleges in many states of India which offer MBBS and BDS courses based on NEET scores.
Getting a seat in a government medical college is tough because of very high cutoffs and with 297, I think it might not be possible to get a seat there.
However, you might be able to get a seat in private colleges in Karnataka with 297 marks but they ask for large monetary donations.
You can check details about private medical colleges in Karnataka here-> https://medicine.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-private-medical-colleges-in-karnataka
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
