The answer is actually no, because you belong to general category,but you do have chance if you apply using the state quota so that you might get a chance in bams colleges in himachal pradesh but you wont be able to get enrolled into the government colleges .And MBBS you cant actually aim for it with such marks ,sorry to say.You can definetly enroll in private colleges but the government colleges is not possible.
You can go for it , but might cost a little bit high , or go for a retry the next year.
