The Minimum marks in NEET to get into a Veterinary College are 350+ for General category. In general it ranges between 300–450. If you are applying for an all India quota (15%) then it may increase upto 400 for General category student.
Cut off varies every year depending upon no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam and so on.
However you may get seat in private college .
Also you can even go for management quota .

2. Nagpur Veterinary college
3. Krantisinh Nana Patil

You have not mentioned your category so I will assume that you belong to general category.
According to Last few years, Cutoff marks usually goes 400+
So with 299 marks, there is no chance of getting goverment veterinary College in Maharashtra.
