Hi Stan, You do not have to apply for a scholarship every time you pay the fee. What you get at the time of admission, continues till the course is over. However, if a student fails then he will not get scholarship during the reappear year. However, the scholarship will continue in the next year.

Dear candidate, yes, the scholarship you got will be applicable for every semester. It is not only for the first semester, it will be applicable on all semesters.
