Dear aspirant,
Cutoffs varies from year to year and it is difficult to predict it. Based on previous years cutoffs it can be said that you have chances of getting good Colleges but might not get Top Colleges. But you can give a try by choosing those Colleges during Counseling because cutoffs depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
