To get free seat/ full fees reimbursement, your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum if you belong to SC/ ST Category. For OC/ BC Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum and their AP EAMCET Rank must be less than 10,000. You can get fees reimbursement if you are eligible whether full fees reimbursement or partial fees reimbursement and meets above mentioned criteria.

You have not mentioned the Caste Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.

For your AP EAMCET Rank, it is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture seat based on previous year's Closing Ranks. So, you can try for Management quota seats as well.

Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficult level of the exam, etc.
