I got 302 in neet 2019 .. I have rural certificate and Hyderabad Karnataka certificate and my caste is ST... so can I get medical seat

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have very low chance for the government medical college in Karnataka state underbthe state quota benefit for the st category aspirants.
The last year cutoff for the colleges was more then the 340+ closing for the st category aspirants under. State quota benefit.
As cutoff changes every year so you can hope otherwise you are not close to it so you have very less chance.

So you have chance for the college mentioned above.

302 score may not give you opportunity of getting a medical seat , but don't loose hope as the Cutoff marks have variations every year,
