I got 304 mark obc categary of UP and state eligibility is Delhi, have any chance to get govt medical college under AIQ/State Quota

With 304 marks it's quite tough to secure GMC through AIQ or state quota if we go though previous year cut-offs, as cut-offs are on higher side, also Delhi and UP, both state have pretty high cut-offs respectively which you can check out at the link provided below-
