I got 304 marks In uptu I belong to general category can I get government college if I do then which branches pls answer !

You have very few chance to get admission into government college. Although you have scored very well but you fall short from Cutoff rank for government college. You should go for fee Waiver Seat in top Private College. It may be equivalent to government college seat because you don't have to pay tuition fees.
