With 30krank it is difficult to get government seat in agriculture, veterinary or horticulture
As you did not provide your category I am considering it as oc
As last year cut offs for oc
Veterinary-1997rank

You can get payment seat in agriculture or horticulture.
You can also get bpharmacy private college like
G. Pulla reddy college for pharmacy.
