I got 30540 obc rank and i am from bihar. my crl rank is 105378. will i get any college in jossa and csab councelling with cs, it, ece branch?

You have low chances to get a seat in a good NIT for cs , it , ece branch but you can try in lower NITs like Agartala Hamirpur, Puducherry, Silchar, Mizoram, meghalaya, Sikkim, Calicut....

In JoSAA your category rank will be considered....while in CSAB counselling your CRL rank will be considered....There are limited seats for a particular category in any branch....
