I got 3067 ST category rank 2020, can I get seat in top NITs with good branch? kindly answer plz?

It seems you have missed out certain details. You haven't mentioned your Home State. Analysing the previous year data, it seems difficult for you to get a seat in the top NITs with this rank.
You can check the cut-off ranks of all the NITs from the link given below:
