Admission to BAMS is based on marks in NEET exam.
Cutoff is based on No. Of factors.
Type of College - There are 3 types of Colleges for BAMS
1) Government - Cutoff of GOVERNMENT COLLEGES range in 420+ for General Candidates and 400+ for OBC.Fees is lowest in range of 20000
2) Semi - Government - Cutoff for this type of Colleges are somewhat lower and fees is higher than government in range of 4050000. Its Cutoff is 400+ for General Candidate and 360+ for OBC.
3) Private - Now this is the most variable type of cutoff. As Colleges with low fee tend to have higher Cutoff and high fee college has low cutoff. Fees is in range of 13 lakh per year. Cutoff is in range of 300+ for General and 280+ for OBC.
But for BDS your score should be at least 450+ marks..
But you have good chances to get BAMS course.

You mentioned that you have domicile of both Hyderabad and Karnataka. If you want admission in Karnataka then you can try for BDS and BAMS even in government colleges as the cutoff of government colleges is low in karnataka. You can try in private colleges in Hyderabad. But the cutoff will vary this year so don't be sure of getting a government college seat.
