I got 310 over all rank in du jat and I belong to obc ncl category and I got 86.4 in 12 th can i get admission in shaheed sukhdev college in

With such good marks you have fairly good chances of getting admission in Shaheed Sukhdev college.
Also as you belong to OBC category your cut off would be comparatively low.
