I am really sorry to inform you to that the minimum requirement of degree percentage to be eligible to get a seat in any college under CUCET is 55%. So, directly, you are not eligible. However for MSW, the cutoff is 53 for CUR and 58 for CUK. So, in that way too, your marks are very low.
