I got 313 neet marks. Will i have any chance of getting any seat in Karnataka under OBC (3B) category?

Based on your score you have less chances to get a seat under 15% quota seats & also seems less chance to get state quota seats. You can try for the private colleges. You can also refer Karnataka cutoff with the given below link.
